About me: I was born and raised in Minnesota then moved to San Francisco, California. After living in California for 5 years I moved to Sydney, Australia and then London, England. After living in England, I took a year off and traveled around the world before moving to Texas in 1975. I started my real estate career in 1978 working in condo conversions. In 1980 I acquired my brokers license and started selling commercial real estate consisting of apartment buildings that could be renovated into condo conversions. I continued my career in the commercial field by selling apartments to investors and land to developers. One of my projects was assembling a one-acre tract of land in downtown Dallas that, I then sold to a developer. When the mid-eighties downturn occurred, I left real estate for a few years, but I remained in sales. I had a very successful career selling office equipment. I have returned to the real estate field where I have been selling residential real estate.
